What kind of business is this?

A starting point — the words, workflow, fields and job types. Change any of it later under Business.

IT services Tickets with response and resolution targets, remote and on-site work, quotes and invoices — the app as built. Roofing Leads become estimates and projects; a project goes tear-off → dried in → complete; squares, pitch and material on every project. Plumbing & HVAC Service calls dispatched to techs — on the way, on site, done — with estimates, permits and equipment on the job. Salon & spa Guests book appointments online, from check-in to check-out; messages are enquiries; the formula and hair type kept on the guest. Something else — start plain Tickets, jobs, quotes and invoices with the plain words and workflow, generic job types and an empty price list. Set up your own under Business.

Switch off what you won't use. Everything here can be switched back under Settings → Modules.

SLA Response and resolution targets per client plan: the clocks and the plan on every ticket, the Breaching view, the SLA report, the escalation notices. Online booking Customers pick a time themselves at /book, and each booking is a job — waiting for your yes on Jobs → Booked online unless its job type books itself; Business → Booking sets the hours and rules. Automations Your own rules: when something happens — a ticket comes in, a quote is approved, an invoice is a week late — and the record matches, do things: notify, assign, add a note, create a job. MCP server A remote MCP endpoint at /mcp: Claude, or any MCP client holding a person’s API token, looks things up and makes tickets, clients, jobs and quotes as that person — logged "via API", with their permissions.
